TBI? There’s an app for that!

It seems like these days there is an app for everything, and it is true. There really is an app for everything! The Department of Defense just unveiled an app that helps people with traumatic brain injuries or TBIs to track their brain activity. The app was specifically made for our military and returning veterans  to cope with the mental strains associated with being deployed overseas.

The new app is called the T-2 Mood Tracker and  the best news is that it is free. The app monitors trends in mood and behavior amid alterations in therapy, medication and lifestyle over the choice of days, weeks or even months. Using the app, the user rates their experiences in six different categories including life stress, brain injury, and general well-being.  This is then charted on a graph and used by therapist to suggest better treatment options. For now, the T-2 Mood Tracker is available on the Droid and will be available on the iPhone by the beginning of next year.

If you or a loved one is suffering from a TBI don’t just get an app! Call LegalView today to learn more about your options from a brain injury lawyer. Call 1-866-9LAW-NOW (1-866-952-9669).
